A prestigious Property Management Company has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. We are currently searching for one full-time Leasing Specialist to join our team in Camp Hill. This position will serve as the customer service and leasing specialist for multiple conventional communities in the area. Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 am -5:00 pm.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate leasing efforts to maximize rental income.
- Oversee operation of multiple apartment communities.
- Assist with phone calls and emails from residents and prospects.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare reports.
- Resolve resident complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Conduct routine property inspections to ensure standards are met.
- Lead efforts to enhance resident retention through excellent customer service.
- Travel may be required.
