Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP is seeking aCoordinator People Engagement who willbe responsible fororganizing and implementing the firms people-first initiatives.
Responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to:
Assist Manager incoordinatinglogisticsrelated to internalPeople-Firstcouncilsandnetworks.
Coordinate event andtraininglogisticswith attention to detail bydrafting invitationstracking registration project managingprogram executionand proactivelyidentifyingsolutions.
Coordinate promote and support internalpeople-firstmeetings andevents as including researching and booking speaker engagements catering arranging video and teleconferencingand room/venue reservations.
Organize meetinglogisticsand agendasfor all aspects ofpeople-firstactivities and events includingPeople-FirstCommittee quarterly meetingscouncilsandnetworksstrategic planning meetings.
Developinternal presentations quarterly newsletters and other materialsshowcasingpeople-first initiatives.
Utilize internal data metrics to producetimelyandaccuratedata reportsfor people-first councilsnetworksand committees.
Support the firms participation inpeople-firstconferences sponsorships and other externalpeople-firstactivitiesthroughaccuraterecord keepingandcommunication with firmstakeholders.
Track the USPeople-Firstbudget and provide regular updates to the committee chairperson.
Compile data analyze prepare presentations and report on US and Globalfirmpeople-firstmetrics.
Work alongsideMarketing and Business Development Teamsto manage survey requests from clients publicationsand professional organizations.
Assist Business Development in tailoring responsesonbids and RFPs.
Collaborate with theMarketingTeam to updatepeople-firstmarketing materials including the firmsexternal and internal pages.
Identifyand prepare applications forpeople-firstaccolades and recognition opportunities.
Collaborate closely with Human Resources onpeople-firstpolicies and best practices for trackingpeople-first data.
Collaborate with departments across the firms People & DevelopmentTeam.
Build andmaintainrelationships with external organizations and vendors.
Keep abreast of industry benchmarking reports industrytrendsand best practices.
Helpidentifyopportunities for process improvementsofadministrative work across the People Engagement Team.
Perform other administrative duties as needed such as managing the department calendarsubmittingexpensestakingand collecting event pictures printing and shipping materialspurchasingpromotional itemsrecommendingandimplementingnetwork activities and providing general administrative support.

Qualificationsand experience:
Bachelors degreepreferred butnotrequired.
Minimum of three years of professional experience ideally with a focusincorporate environments and people-first related work.
Demonstrated ability to detail with confidential andhighly sensitiveinformation.
Proactive self-starter who can self-manage and work as part of a team.
Attention to detail accuracy responsiveness and excellent organizational skills.
Demonstrate good judgment and accountability fordeliveryexcellenceservice.
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills; both written and oral.
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
Professionalism personal integrity andhighdegree of confidentiality.
Flexibility and ability to adapt in an ever-changing environment including the ability to prioritize.
Advanced user in Microsoft Office.
Strong computer and technical skills.
