Job Summary

Facilities Maintenance Technician

$5000 Sign-On Bonus Agency Vehicle Full Benefits

Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm Rotating On-call

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and repairs across agency facilities
Utilize skills in electrical plumbing and carpentry to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Ensure safe and efficient operation of building systems
Respond to facility needs in a timely and professional manner

Required Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in electrical plumbing and/or carpentry
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Must be able to pass background and drug screening
Valid drivers license
