Intern Integrated Risk Management Region Europe

The assignment will take place in the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) team for Region Europe.

The IRM team works on managing all risk related activities from a 2^nd line perspective. The team collaborates as a valued partner for Regional and Market management supporting the local markets in facilitating the delivery of a commercial forward looking and future proof regional risk management framework.

After youve got to know the team youll work on analyzing the processes within the team document those and create/update work instructions. During this process youll also identify process efficiencies.

Your work contributes to sustain a sound risk culture with a customer focus which should result in a high quality effective and efficient risk control framework that safeguards that all processes managed within the Region Europe are within DLLs risk appetite and policies.

Day to day:

• Get to know the activities executed within the IRM team.
• Analyzing the processes within the team.
• Create work instructions.
• Identify and implement process optimizations.

Compensations:

The internship will start in February. You will receive an internship allowance of 350 - 500 gross per month based on your educational level and 38 hours a week. If you work less this amount will be prorated. We lead the way in meeting the need for flexibility and transparency which our customers increasingly expect

Essentials:

• Bachelor study in Finance Economics or related field.
• Interest in Risk Management and auditing.
• Analytical.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to well organize and plan all required activities.
• Fluent in English.
