The Project Manager is responsible for defining planning and executing projects to meet business objectives. This role oversees project timelines resources and risks while ensuring clear communication and alignment across clients internal teams and leadership.

The Gig:

Develop and manage project plans timelines and milestones using project management tools.
Communicate project objectives progress and risks to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
Delegate tasks and monitor team performance to ensure timely delivery.
Identify and resolve project issues conflicts and dependencies.
Track milestones deliverables and resource capacity; adjust plans as needed.
Implement risk management strategies and contingency plans.
Generate documentation including SOPs meeting agendas and action plans.
Prepare reports and dashboards for project status resource utilization and efficiency opportunities.
Share best practices and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Ensure projects are completed on time within budget and meet quality standards.

What you need to make the cut:

Bachelors degree in Business Management or related field.
4 years of project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile PMP Scrum).
Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

The pay range for this position is $48000.00 - $75000.00 per year (pay to be determined by the applicants education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity and alignment with market data).

This role is eligible to participate in the annual bonus incentive plan.
