Be available 24/7 for urgent issues or operational needs

To succeed you should be able to:

Motivate and train an unskilled workforce in labor-intensive settings
Hit production metrics and customer requirements through teamwork and transparency
Bring mechanical aptitudebonus points if youve worked on cars machinery or dont mind turning a wrench
Collaborate with maintenance teams and understand the equipment on the floor

This is a role for someone who leads from the front.

Skills & Qualifications

Were looking for someone with:

Proficiency in Excel
Strong data entry and timekeeping skills
Forklift and Yard Dog operating capability
A willingness to jump in wherever needed
