We are looking for: Sterile Processing Technician

Schedule:Monday Tuesday 10am-8pm Wednesday Thursday 9am-7pm

Compensation:The hiring range for this position is $27.25 - $35.00/hour based on skillset and experience.

The Sterile Processing Technician performs decontamination preparation sterilization and distribution of instrumentation and medical equipment for surgeries and procedures utilizing infection control and safety practices during all phases of the process.

What youll do:

Maintaining proper sterile technique

Proactive distribution of all necessary equipment and instrumentation for surgeries and procedures

Collecting used and contaminated equipment instruments and supplies for sorting and decontamination

Accurately handle and care for instruments including appropriate selection of cleaning agents lubricants examination for function identification and assembly

Preparing and packing decontaminated supplies for sterilization

Operation maintenance and troubleshooting of sterilization equipment

Assembling disassembling and disinfecting operating and procedure rooms

Who you are:

Minimum 2-year veterinary experience preferred
Certification in Sterile Processing required

Strong attention to detail.

Effective communication and organizational skills.

Ability to prioritize time manage and critically think.

Capability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
