Job Summary

Were looking for a General Manager for the Grand Junction Arms in Harlesden in the new year. This is a real destination social pub. It has a great intimate bar area a generously sized dining room and a terrace space that can be indoors or outdoors (with walls and a retractable roof). Aside from that it has a MASSIVE beer garden complete with bookable huts canal side tables - theres even a stage (and a late outdoor entertainments licence!)

The perfect pub for a creative sales driver who has volume experience is driven to maximise sales and above all else ensures that every visit to the Grand Junction Arms means our guests leave planning when theyll visit again. A beast of a pub that has a growing reputation that is ready to be taken to the next level.

Running a Pub for Youngs:

We believe pubs should be differentiated and individual andso we are looking for entrepreneurial General Managers to put their own stampon our businesses.
