Were looking for a General Manager for the Grand Junction Arms in Harlesden in the new year. This is a real destination social pub.Everyone remembers their first visit to the Grand Junction Arms as what looks like a lovely cosy pub (and it is!) surprises you with every twist and turn until you realise that it is an absolute behemoth of a boozer and its humble exterior hides something rather special.

The pub comes complete with cozy bar area generously sized dining room and an indoor/outdoor terrace that connect the two complete with walls and retractable then theres the garden. My God. The garden. A huge space complete with outdoor burger shack bookable huts tables down by the canal and its own outdoor stage (which can play live music until closing time!)

The perfect candidate is a creative sales driver who has volume experience is driven to maximise sales and above all else ensures that every visit to the Grand Junction Arms means our guests leave thinking about returning!A beast of a pub with a glowing growing reputation and plenty of room for further growth.

Running a Pub for Youngs:

We believe pubs should be differentiated and individual andso we are looking for entrepreneurial General Managers to put their own stampon our businesses. Were all about freedom within a framework - you decide whatgoes on the food menu - and that doesnt mean picking from a bank of recipes!You tailor your offer to your guests and grow the business in line with yourbusiness vision! You decide what events and sales driving to do what theteam uniform is and look after all your own recruitment and you are a people-focused Pub General Manager with fresh food experiencethen we want to hear from you.
