Pre-Construction Project Manager London & South East

We are supporting a market-leading provider of BEMSand ICT solutions. About the role:

As a Pre-Construction Project Manager you will oversee new BMS and ICT projects during the early stages ensuring a consistent efficient approach to pre-construction planning. Acting as the key point of contact post-sales you will drive early design and engineering manage procurement reviews negotiate supplier discounts and issue project programmes aligned with contract timelines. This is a highly collaborative role working closely with sales engineering and delivery teams to set projects up for success.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage pre-construction phases of BMS & ICT projects
Oversee order acknowledgements and support project handovers
Act as customer contact post-sales handover
Conduct procurement reviews and negotiate supplier discounts
Produce and issue project programmes and schedules
Drive early design engineering and project deliverables
Provide commercial and contractual input to ensure project efficiency

Skills & Experience:

Proven track record managing major projects
Strong knowledge of BMS/ICT systems and associated technologies
Good understanding of mechanical and electrical building services
Strong commercial and contractual awareness
Excellent client-facing and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Project and web-based document control systems
