Fisher-Titus Medical Center is a hospital system in northern Ohio Norwalk. Our Peds are located at hospital owned clinics in Norwalk and Bellevue practice currently with 4 Physicians and 6 APPsSpecific Practice Details:OutpatientMDTypical Monday Friday schedule w/ one evening in officeCall is 1 in 5Seeing around 25 patients per day 4 APPs for supportFlexible scheduling Norwalk is the primary location with possible participation in satellite locations (Wakeman Bellevue Willard)EMR CernerCompensation: Compensation is competitive to market and level of expectations based on experience current Providers are betweenannuallySign on bonus Up to $20KRelocation Bonus up to $10KQuality Bonus Up to $10K based on assigned metricsProductions wRVUs $45 per unit above agreed upon baseStudent Loan Repayment Up to $25K per year max at $100KCME Benefits $5K plus 5 professional days for trainingFull benefits package 401KPTO 4 weeks (PTO/holidays) first 4 years goes up from there (based upon a full time provider)
