Your responsibilities

  • Support Kelvions growth strategy by maintaining a reliable and competitive supply framework that ensures the continuous availability of materials and services at the appropriate place time and conditions
  • Take a comprehensive approach to group-wide expenditure ( both direct and indirect) and drive structural improvements considering not only cost-effective supply solutions but also Kelvions overall business model and evolving market landscape
  • Develop and manage the existing supply base to maintain seamless production flow achieve competitive cost structures and optimize working capital
  • Collaborate closely with all functions along the value chain including R&D Sales and Manufacturing to address customer needs and effectively mitigate business risks
  • Lead all aspects of supplier choice and contract management
  • Guide and develop multiple commodity management and sourcing teams fostering a high-performing organisational culture
  • Ensure strict adherence to established company procedures and reporting systems while striving for continuous improvement of such standards
  • Actively contribute to the development of strategic plans and budgets

Your profile

  • You possess a minimum of 10 years experience in sourcing procurement or supply chain leadership roles within a medium sized industrial global organisation preferably in the mechanical engineering sector
  • You demonstrate a proven ability to operate within a matrix organisation with experience in managing and developing international and virtual teams
  • You exhibit a strong results orientation the capacity to work under pressure resolve conflict and present yourself and your area of responsibilty with confidence
  • You display excellent communication and negotiation skills engaging effectively with counterparts from diverse cultural backgrounds to foster productive professional relationships
  • You are willing to travel internationally
