Your responsibilities

Support Kelvions growth strategy by maintaining a reliable and competitive supply framework that ensures the continuous availability of materials and services at the appropriate place time and conditions
Take a comprehensive approach to group-wide expenditure ( both direct and indirect) and drive structural improvements considering not only cost-effective supply solutions but also Kelvions overall business model and evolving market landscape
Develop and manage the existing supply base to maintain seamless production flow achieve competitive cost structures and optimize working capital
Collaborate closely with all functions along the value chain including R&D Sales and Manufacturing to address customer needs and effectively mitigate business risks
Lead all aspects of supplier choice and contract management
Guide and develop multiple commodity management and sourcing teams fostering a high-performing organisational culture
Ensure strict adherence to established company procedures and reporting systems while striving for continuous improvement of such standards
Actively contribute to the development of strategic plans and budgets

Your profile

You possess a minimum of 10 years experience in sourcing procurement or supply chain leadership roles within a medium sized industrial global organisation preferably in the mechanical engineering sector
You demonstrate a proven ability to operate within a matrix organisation with experience in managing and developing international and virtual teams
You exhibit a strong results orientation the capacity to work under pressure resolve conflict and present yourself and your area of responsibilty with confidence
You display excellent communication and negotiation skills engaging effectively with counterparts from diverse cultural backgrounds to foster productive professional relationships
You are willing to travel internationally
