What you can expect
- Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with overall brand and marketing objectives ensuring consistency across our different European markets
- Adapt global brand guidelines into locally relevant storytelling tailoring content to cultural nuances and audience preferences
- Define content pillars formats and channel priorities to maximize engagement and reach across platforms such as Instagram Facebook LinkedIn TikTok and YouTube
- Create and coordinate engaging content including copy visuals and short-form videos (reels stories) while collaborating with designers and external creators
- Manage sensitive topics and customer issues escalating appropriately in close coordination with PR and customer service teams
- Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for stakeholders highlighting results and opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to plan and execute integrated campaigns ensuring timely delivery of assets and activities
What you will bring with you
- A degree in Marketing Communication Digital Media Business Administration or a comparable qualification with a strong focus on social media and digital marketing
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar digital marketing role ideally managing multiple markets or international brands
- Strong background in content creation for social-first formats (short videos reels stories)
- Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills in German and English
- Deep understanding of social media platforms algorithms and trends
- Solid analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Strong sense for brand tone empathy and customer-centric communication
- Team player with a hands-on mentality and high ownership

Your salary
A minimum of EUR 50.49800 gross per year for a 38.5-hour week. Like you we are not satisfied with minimum standards we will agree on your actual salary based on your education and experience.
