Are you ready for a change Serra Ford Farmington Hills is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Consultant preferably with Ford brand experience to join our high-volume dealership in one of the fastest-growing markets in the Detroit Metro Area. Responsibilities
Build relationships and create customers for life by assisting them in selecting vehicles and listening to their needs
Be a vehicle expert: know products optional packages and the latest technology
Conduct professional and high-quality demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles
Follow up with buyers to encourage referrals and repeat business
Overcome objections and excel in sales situations
Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives planned activities and results
Bring a positive attitude and your A game every day
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year car sales experience
Ability to quickly learn new product features and offerings
Current Book of Business preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional and well-groomed appearance
Clean driving record
Willingness to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screening
Domestic and foreign vehicle sales experience is a plus but not required
