Role Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and well-connected Sales Representative / Head of Sales / Business Developer to lead business development initiatives in Mexico and across LATAM. The ideal candidate brings strong relationships in the fintech or trading space and can generate OTC trading volume through client acquisition and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and manage a portfolio of institutional or high-volume clients in the fintech and trading industries.
  • Present Mamorus OTC trading and FX payment offerings to potential clients.
  • Develop partnerships with trading desks fintech asset funds HNWIs and fintech companies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely trade execution and client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to regional strategy and market expansion efforts.

Requisitos

  • Proven experience in sales or business development in blockchain financial markets or fintech.
  • Active client portfolio in fintech or trading is mandatory.
  • In-depth knowledge of blockchain OTC fintech trading and payment infrastructure.
  • Strong interpersonal presentation and negotiation skills.
