What you are going to do

• Design develop and deploy Generative AI models using Azure and Databricks

• Rapidly prototype and test new GenAI use cases frameworks and tools.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX Cloud Data Science IT Business) to deliver AI projects

• Ensure scalability performance and maintainability of AI solutions in production environments

• Contribute to the evolution of our AI engineering best practices

• Stay up to date with the latest developments in GenAI and actively share knowledge with the team

Who you are

• Degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related technical field

• At least2 years of hands-on experience with Generative AI(e.g. LLMs diffusion models prompt engineering fine-tuning RAG pipelines).Previous experience in fintech is valued

• Strong programming skills in Python; experience with Spark Azure and Databricks

• Familiarity withCI/CD practicesandinfrastructure-as-codetools like Terraform

• Experience deploying machine learning models into production and working with vector databases and frameworks (e.g. LangChain LlamaIndex)

• Knowledge of responsible AI practicesandmodel evaluation techniques and/or have contributed to open-source AI projects or participation in AI communities

Fluent in English with strong communication skills and ability to work in an international team.
