Responsibilities

You will be responsible for class teaching content preparation and student management in school environments following RED HOUSEs pedagogical plan:

Teach classes aligned with the Red House pedagogical plan considering the specific needs of each student;
Monitor analyze and evaluate student learning through continuous evidence collection proposing actions to improve performance;
Plan and implement differentiated strategies including adaptations and accommodations for students with learning difficulties or special educational needs;
Develop strategies together with the coordination to promote student engagement and academic development;
Ensure students safety and well-being during all school activities observing and intervening when necessary;
Maintain accurate and updated student records in compliance with school policies and legal requirements;
Communicate student progress behaviors and relevant information to coordination and families when requested;
Guide and support the Teaching Assistant aligning expectations routines and classroom management;
Participate in academic meetings trainings and professional development activities meeting established deadlines.

Prerequisites

Education

Physical Education Degree;
Registered at the Regional Council of Physical Education.

Experience:

2 years of teaching experience for middle years diserable;
Classroom management

Languages: Proficiency in English

Specific Technical Knowledge:

Bilingualism
