As a Customer Care Representative you will be responsible for:

• Responding to customer needs for quotes coordinating response if a request is different from the standardized offers.

• Handles standardized products with pre-defined options.

• Contributes to predefined contracts and a framework of conditions and prices is set.

• Handles targeted clients

• Discusses sales approach with manager.

• Handles Low - Medium - region size stable region established market presence

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

• Bachelors degree completed or studying from an accredited university or college

• Being able to work on Campinas office twice a week

• Being able to speak Fluent Spanish (written and spoken)

• Being able to speak Fluent English is a plus
