Job Summary

Starting wage is $16.00/hr
$5/hr incentive pay available for voluntary overtime hours

As Group Home Support you will spend time going on community outings helping with household duties and being a positive role model to guide individuals in their day to day tasks. Candidates need to be self-motivated and be able to work independently. HS diploma or GED required. Will need to have a valid drivers license insurance and reliable transportation. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Treat everyone with dignity and respect
- Assists individuals to plan prepare and serve meals within their homes
- Helps individuals with personal care and other skills
- Assists in planning and participating in recreational activities
- Responsible for safe transportation of residents
