To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a MES Analyst located in Buffalo Grove IL.
Reporting to the Systems Architecture Manager the MES Analyst will to provideoperational supportfor Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and related integrations. This role is responsible forincident resolution troubleshooting and change managementfollowingITIL best practices. The ideal candidate will have strongSQL skills hands-on experience supportingMES platforms and the ability to work in regulated environments.
What a typical day looks like:
- ProvideLevel 2 and level3 supportfor MES applications and integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents escalating to vendors or internal teams when necessary.
- PerformSQL queriesto analyze data troubleshoot issues and validate fixes.
- Support reporting and data integrity checks.
- FollowIncident Problem and Change Managementprocesses.
- Document root cause analysis and maintain accurate ticket records.
- Perform routine health checks and ensure system availability.
- Apply patches updates and configuration changes under controlled processes.
- Ensure all activities comply withGxP FDA and internal quality standards.
- Maintain SOPs work instructions and system documentation.
The experience were looking to add to our team:
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science or related field.
- 3 years inapplication supportorIT operations withmandatory MES support experience.
- StrongSQL skillsfor troubleshooting and data analysis.
- Familiarity withWindows Server environmentsandnetwork basics.
- Understanding ofintegration concepts(Rest APIs Message Brokers).
- Experience withITIL framework(Incident Problem Change Management)
