Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Conducting Interviews

Assisting with scheduling and Central Reach IT issues

When Clinical Director is out increasing leadership tasks to maintain clinical consistency

Staff Training and Coaching

Clinical leadership to staff BCBA candidates and other BCBAs

Other duties to assist Clinical Director

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Implement behavior intervention strategies to address challenging behaviors

Provide training to caregivers and other professionals on behavioral techniques

Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed

Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations

Experience

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required

Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred

Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation and treatment planning

Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and data collection methods

Familiarity with medical records management and documentation practices.

Supervise BTs and RBTs for 10-20% of client hours.

Encourage growth with BTs to become RBTs.

Willingness to take students pursuing the BCBA credential.

Willingness to treat clients if staff calls off.

Willingness to travel approximately 40 minutes away but this will reduce as we grow and get more clients in one localized area.

Help with business social media content.
