Job Summary
Introduction
Duties & Responsibilities
Stock Management: forecast needs order parts monitor stock levels perform audits and optimise turnover
Sourcing and supplier relations: select and negotiate with suppliers submit warranty claims manage pricing strategies and explore new suppliers
Order processing and fulfillment: Handle purchase orders receiving labeling pricing special orders and returns
Team Leadership: hire train supervise parts staff set goals monitor KPIs and ensure customer satisfaction
Collaboration: coordinate with service teams to ensure parts availability and smooth operations
Sales & customer service: Price parts for internal and external customers resolve enquiries and launch promotional campaigns
Reporting and analysis: track and report on stock turnover sales performance fill-rates delivery times and profitability
Desired Experience & Qualification
Proven stock control within automotive manufacturing
Experience in vendor negotiation parts purchasing and warranty claims
Leadership background especially in supervising and training staff.
Familiarity with stock management systems
Sales or customer-facing roles especially involving pricing and promotional planning.
Supplier negotiation and vendor management: pricing delivery schedules contract terms
Strong technical knowledge of parts OEM vs. aftermarket compatibility compliance standards
Data analysis and reporting: generating stock and sales reports KPI analysis
Budgeting and cost control: margin strategies pricing policies promotional planning
