Job Decsription:

3 years of experience in Cloud / Application Monitoring Support (AL2/L2)
Hands-on experience with GCP Cloud Monitoring dashboards
Strong expertise in Grafana for monitoring and visualization
Experience with Prometheus and OpenTelemetry for metrics and tracing
Exposure to Grafana Tempo Faro and Quantum Metrics
Hands-on knowledge of ELK Stack (Elasticsearch Logstash Kibana)
Incident alert and service request handling using ServiceNow & Jira Service Management
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) skills
Experience working in 24x7 support environment with rotational shifts
Good communication and collaboration using tools like Slack
