The School of Biological Sciences (SBS) part of the College of Science was established in 2002 with a mission to advance biological and biomedical sciences. At SBS our research spans various areas including infectious diseases immunology neurodegenerative diseases telomere biology and genome function. For more details please view are looking for a Research Assistant to support ongoing research in the area of phase separation in cell signaling. This role will involve investigating the molecular mechanisms and dynamics of phase-separated compartments and their function in cell signaling pathways.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform cell biology and biochemistry experiments
Conduct studies related to cell signaling and immune pathways
Support lab operations and data analysis
Job Requirements:
BSc (Hons) in Biological Sciences or a related discipline
Background and/or interest in cell signaling cell biology or immunology
Prior experience in molecular biology techniques is advantageous
