Trimbles T&L Business Unit: In the Transportation & Logistics segment our solutions make it safer simpler and more efficient to move freightbringing together a global network of shippers carriers brokers and 3PLs.
What Makes This Role Great:


In this role youll be the engine of growth for the DACH market acting as a Hunter (Net New Business). You will have the unique opportunity to manage the full sales lifecycle for complex SaaS solutions directly influencing net revenue generation and making a tangible impact on Trimbles global footprint.


Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategic Growth: acquire Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs) across the DACH market to expand our global network.
  • Master the Sales Lifecycle: Own the entire process from lead generation to closing utilizing precision CRM forecasting to ensure high deal velocity.
  • Lead High-Stakes Negotiations: Orchestrate complex price-to-value negotiations to hit ambitious ARR targets and protect contract value.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • B2B Sales Expertise: 3 years of proven success selling complex B2B solutions within SaaS LogTech or Logistics industries.
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Native or C2 level of German and fluent/proficient English are required
  • Strategic Hunting Mindset: demonstrated drive and motivation for net new business acquisition.

Bonus Points For:
Experience navigating large-scale private equity-owned global environments or international organizational structures.
