Days: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM (Rotating Weekends)
Nights: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM (Rotating Weekends)
Compensation & Incentives
Base Pay (Experience-Based):
$27.72/hr Entry Level
$33.00/hr 5 Years
$36.30/hr 10 Years
$39.60/hr 15 Years
Sign-On Bonus:
$10000 Days
$15000 Nights
Shift Differentials:
Nights: $3.00/hr
Weekends: $2.00/hr
Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis
Position Overview
The Medical Telemetry / Neuro Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient-centered care to adult patients with acute medical and neurological conditions. This role requires strong clinical judgment effective communication and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced acute care environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing reassessments
Analyze clinical data to identify nursing diagnoses and care priorities
Develop implement and evaluate individualized plans of care
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols
Advocate for patient safety quality outcomes and evidence-based care
Educate patients and families on diagnoses medications and treatment plans
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Maintain efficient use of time supplies and clinical resources
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of acute care RN experience
Active Florida RN license or multistate compact license
Compact license holders must obtain Florida licensure within 60 days of relocation
BLS certification required
ACLS preferred (must be obtained within 6 months of hire)
Preferred Qualifications
BSN
Experience in Medical-Surgical Telemetry or Neuro units
Strong critical thinking adaptability and teamwork skills
