Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join a manufacturing team in Joplin Missouri. This role focuses on operating production equipment maintaining workflow consistency and meeting quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

The Machine Operator will work hands-on with industrial machinery perform routine checks and ensure finished products meet specifications while supporting overall production goals.

Key Responsibilities

Set up operate and monitor production machinery according to work instructions
Load raw materials and remove finished products safely and efficiently
Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance
Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as needed
Inspect parts for quality accuracy and conformance to specifications
Complete production documentation accurately
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Maintain a clean organized and safety-focused work area
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience required
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to read and follow work orders or production instructions
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required
Reliable attendance and strong safety awareness
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
