Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-driven QA Lab Technician to support manufacturing operations in Miami OK. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that plastic products meet strict quality safety and performance standards before reaching customers across consumer industrial and government markets. The ideal candidate will have hands-on laboratory or manufacturing quality experience and a strong commitment to accuracy documentation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct routine quality inspections tests and measurements on raw materials in-process products and finished goods.
Perform laboratory testing related to plastic molding durability strength and dimensional accuracy.
Accurately document test results inspection findings and nonconformance reports.
Support production teams by identifying quality issues and assisting with root cause analysis.
Ensure all testing procedures comply with company quality standards safety policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain calibration and proper use of lab equipment and testing instruments.
Assist with audits corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Promote a clean organized and safety-focused lab and production environment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; technical or laboratory training preferred.
Previous experience in Quality Assurance Quality Control or laboratory testing within a manufacturing environment preferred.
Knowledge of manufacturing quality systems and inspection processes.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written procedures and specifications.
Basic computer skills for data entry reporting and documentation.
Ability to communicate effectively with production engineering and management teams.
Reliable safety-conscious and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

Ability to stand walk and move between lab and production areas throughout the shift.
Occasional lifting up to 4050 lbs.
Exposure to manufacturing environments including temperature variations and machinery noise.
Required use of PPE and adherence to all safety protocols.
