Job Summary
Responsibilities
Conduct topographic boundary and construction surveys as per project requirements.
Set out works including buildings roads pipelines and structural elements.
Establish and verify control points benchmarks and reference levels.
Operate and maintain surveying instruments such as Total Station GPS and Auto Level.
Prepare and verify survey data reports and as-built drawings.
Coordinate with engineers foremen and site teams for accurate site execution.
Ensure surveys comply with approved drawings and project specifications.
Identify discrepancies and report them to the concerned authority.
Maintain proper survey records and documentation.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards on site.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Degree in Surveying Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 510 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in construction or infrastructure projects.
Strong hands-on experience with Total Station GPS and AutoCAD.
Knowledge of local authority and project survey standards.
Experience in roads buildings utilities or industrial projects is an advantage.
