Job Summary

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying (mandatory)

Experience:

Proven experience in Government projects and Consultancy firms is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage cost estimates budgets and BOQs
Evaluate tenders contracts and variations
Monitor project costs and ensure budget control
Prepare interim and final valuations
Coordinate with consultants contractors and government authorities
Ensure compliance with contract terms specifications and regulations
Support claims final accounts and cost reportin
