Job Summary

Our ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills to create detailed financial reports and forecasts and a solution oriented and be able to manage a team. Ultimately this person should be able to provide efficient precise and effective financial management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee daily transactions of to-date costings
Perform audit work
Manage collection
Prepare payroll
Prepare budgeting reports and forecast revenue
Prepare month-end and year-end closing reports with the external partner
Monitor the daily performance of the accounting department
Organize financial data into useable information and maintain updated records
Track the progress of financial and accounting objectives
Establish accounting policies and procedures that are aligned with companys targets
Ensure compliance with the law

Requirements

Must be a graduate of Accounting Finance or any related 4-year course
ACertified Public Accountant (CPA) is a plus.
Preferably with experience working in construction or similar industry
With a strong background in audit very analytical and excellent in numbers
With at least 2 Year(s) working experience in Accounting
Strong computer skills MS Excel in particular and can excellently create reports using spreadsheets charts and advanced formulas ex Excel
Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles laws and regulations
Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize work
Knowledge of accounting controls procedures and government reportorial requirements
Well-versed in Financial Statement preparation
Must have good moral character and interpersonal skills
Results-oriented and with the ability to work under pressure
Team management skills and Proficient in MS Office especially EXCEL
Adaptable flexible and can easily work with different levels in the organization
Willing to work onsite in Quezon City from Monday to Saturday.
