Job Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage logistic planning and inventory management for CN & TH

Optimize supply replenishment plan and inventory levels by reviewing system-setting parameters.

Ensure supply meets the latest market demand & manage two big event 618 & 11.11

Manage backorders and communicate with internal/external customers.

Prioritize inbound shipments and repackaging/re-labelling at the postponement center.

Participate in supply planning and strategies for NPI and Phasing-in & phase-out with local stakeholders.

Manage product codes in the system and set up new codes for NPI.

Manage packaging materials for repackaging: Label IFU shrink wrap & product carton for repackaging.

Build effective relationships and partnerships with key suppliers and internal/external customers

Develop reports to keep service management informed of potential trends shortages backorders and status of service parts as required.

Maintain robust KPIs related to inventory performance and service level ( Product Availability in OTIF-D)

Manage SLOB and write-off. Pre-alert potential SLOB to stakeholders to minimize impact.

Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in all areas of operational responsibility.

Manage raw material budget and initiate cost-reduction actions in raw materials

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors degree or Above

High level of English proficiency (Writing & Oral).

7 years of Supply Chain planning & management is preferred

Organizational communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Strong analysis problem-solving and project management skills.

Learning agility and resilience with passion and potential for growth.

Proactive positive and innovative mindset.
