The Licensing Distribution Operations Coordinator will work directly with third-party clients to execute the delivery of Amazon MGM content ensuring all assets reach our partners accurately and on time. This role serves as a key resource for our internal sales team by providing up-to-date information on source asset availability. The coordinator will be responsible for reading interpreting and executing on licensing contracts to ensure all delivery requirements are fulfilled. A significant portion of this role involves communicating with vendors and fulfillment partners to track orders troubleshoot issues and confirm that all facets of each delivery are completed successfully. This is a fast-paced position that requires managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines and client airdates.
Key job responsibilities
Review delivery requests against contractual terms including licensed titles languages license periods and technical requirements
Track license periods and proactively follow up on deliveries ahead of start dates
Respond to servicing inquiries for assigned territories
Research asset availability and confirm material costs on a title-by-title basis
Liaise with labs on client onboarding and encoding requirements
Determine appropriate source elements and order materials from post-production labs via internal systems
Coordinate language versions dub and sub conforms; material fixes through multiple vendors as needed
Partner with Sales Marketing and Tech to provide metadata artwork and promotional materials to clients
Advise licensees and Sales team on delivery status
Coordinate tracking repair and replacement of rejected materials
Analyze QC reports and work with technical specialists on solutions
Coordinate with labs for master reviews and fixes
Maintain spreadsheets and databases with status updates POs rejections and deliveries
Alert Finance to rebill costs and ensure timely invoice processing
Provide backup coverage for team members
Implement and enhance AI solutions to automate workflows and processes
- Experience with MS Office Professional Suite and excellent working knowledge of MS Excel
- 2 years of customer service project management asset operations or post-delivery preferred
- Working knowledge of 4K HD and various video and audio file formats
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills; strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Self-motivated team player
- SAP knowledge preferred
- Experience leveraging technology to drive process improvements
- Experience with episodic and film workflows
- BA/BS degree preferred
- Experience in post-production and digital and physical asset research
- Experience working with Sales Marketing Legal Digital Retailers and broadcasters
- International media asset management experience
- Ability to thrive while working independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams
- Spanish-speaking a plus

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
