Job Description: Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace Specialist
Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace Specialist to help design implement and support our modern cloud-based productivity environment. This role focuses on guiding organizations through their transition from traditional on-premises infrastructure to a secure scalable Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy configure and manage Microsoft Intune for device compliance application deployment and endpoint security.
- Set up administer and optimize Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) tenants including identity governance conditional access and authentication policies.
- Lead or support migrations from on-premises Active Directory and Exchange to Microsoft 365 cloud services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace stack.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design secure efficient user-friendly solutions that align with organizational needs.
- Maintain documentation best practices and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Intune Entra ID and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Familiarity with migration tools and processes for AD/Exchange-to-cloud transitions.
- Strong understanding of identity management security policies and endpoint management.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
