Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist BMT / Oncology
Location: Las Vegas NV

Schedule: Days Rotating Weekends
Role Overview:This role supports a high-acuity Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) and Oncology program working across both outpatient oncology clinics and inpatient BMT/oncology units. The Clinical Pharmacist will function as the subject matter expert for hematology oncology transplant and cellular therapy pharmacotherapy with a high degree of clinical autonomy and independent decision-making.
You will collaborate closely with physicians nurses and pharmacy leadership to ensure safe evidence-based medication management for complex oncology and transplant patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced clinical pharmacy support for hematology oncology and BMT patients
- Coordinate and manage chemotherapy immunotherapy CAR-T BiTE and stem cell transplant regimens
- Perform therapeutic drug monitoring and clinical interventions
- Develop implement and maintain order sets protocols and treatment guidelines
- Support medication order verification distribution and clinical documentation
- Provide direct patient counseling and education
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives research support and multidisciplinary committees
- Serve as the pharmacy expert for cellular therapy and transplant-related pharmacotherapy
Program Highlights:
- First program in the state to perform CAR T-cell therapy and allogeneic stem cell transplants
- Dedicated 12000 sq. ft. outpatient transplant & cellular therapy clinic
- Part of a nationally recognized transplant and cellular therapy network

Required Qualifications:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Required
- Active Nevada Pharmacist License Required
- Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) Required
- One of the following:
- PGY2 Oncology and/or Bone Marrow Transplant Residency OR
- 5 years of clinical oncology pharmacy experience
- Prior experience in a BMT/Oncology clinic with collaborative practice agreements
Reporting Structure:
- Reports directly to the Director of Pharmacy
- Single-FTE highly specialized clinical role
Compensation & Incentives:
- Hourly Range: $64.16 $83.41 (experience-based)
- Weekend Differential: $1.50/hour
- Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case
- Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time
