Job Summary

Role: Senior Platform Engineer (AWS & DevOps)

Location: Singapore

We are partnering with a leading telecom client to hire a Senior Platform Engineer . They will leads a small team of junior engineers to build and operate a unified internal platform (Backstage developer portal feature-flag/experimentation services). The role enables self-service infrastructure safe feature releases and a paved-road approach embedding automation security compliance observability and cost controls from day one.

Requirements

Experience in medium-to-large technology or financial services organizations with complex cloud-native environments and multiple engineering teams; exposure to enterprise-grade developer platforms or internal tooling initiatives.

Have 8 years of experience in platform engineering or cloud infrastructure.

Strong expertise in AWS (EKS RDS ElastiCache IAM VPC observability) container orchestration IaC/CaC and platform automation

Hands-on experience with Backstage or similar developer portals and feature-flag/experimentation platforms (GrowthBook LaunchDarkly or equivalent)

Familiarity with security/compliance standards (MAS-TRM CSA)

Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or DevOps-related certifications are a plus.
