Job Summary
- This role requires a rotating shift schedule from Monday to Saturday.
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries based on orders production readiness and customer requirements.
- Communicate with production warehouse and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate dispatch
- Allocate and adjust delivery routes and dispatch vehicles to optimize efficiency and on-time delivery.
- Maintain clear communication with drivers monitor progress and resolve any delivery issues promptly.
- Track deliveries prepare necessary documents and maintain records of dispatch activities and vehicle status.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Address customer concerns regarding delays damages or misrouting and implement solutions to maintain satisfaction.
Requirements
Requirements:
Can work in shifting schedule
Willing to work in Carmona Cavite
Minimum of 13 years of experience in dispatching logistics or transportation coordination.
Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or related field preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word) and basic data entry.
Familiarity with dispatching software GPS or route tracking systems is a plus.
Strong organizational time-management and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Logistics or a related field. Minimum of 1-2 years in inventory management supply chain warehouse operations or a related field preferably in a 3PL environment. Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables VLOOKUP data analysis). Ability to analyze inventory data identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Strong accuracy in tracking reconciling and reporting inventory levels. Ability to manage multiple inventory tasks track shipments and maintain records efficiently. Required skills: Organization Analytical Communication and Attention to detail. Willing to work on-site in Carmona Cavite.
