Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Cost Estimation & Analysis
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects materials labor and equipment.
- Conduct feasibility studies and financial evaluations of engineering designs.
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Develop project budgets and track actual costs against forecasts.
- Identify cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Project Support
- Collaborate with engineering procurement and manufacturing teams to align costs with technical requirements.
- Perform quantity surveys and review construction/production documents.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Generate cost reports dashboards and presentations for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Risk & Compliance
- Assess financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Support audits and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- A Junior Licensed Civil Engineer
- With relevant experience preferably from the Construction industry
- With background in cost estimates
- Willing to work onsite Monday to Saturday within Quezon City
- Flexible can work with minimum supervision under pressure
