Senior Programme Manager (at the rank of Administrative Assistant II) in the Admissions Office of the Registry(Ref.: 533980) (to commence as soon as possible on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme totalling up to 10% of basic salary and with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should have a good Bachelors degree with at least 6 years work experience preferably in the education sector or in public relations related fields. They should have an excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese; a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel including functions such as PivotTable Formulas. They are also expected to be good team players possess strong organisational and logical thinking skills be self-motivated and able to work independently with initiative while handling multiple tasks. Experience in database management and programming is preferred.
The appointee is expected to work with the team in collecting consolidating managing and analysing data as well as conducting business analysis to facilitate strategic planning for the Universitys admissions. They are also expected to assist with the operation of undergraduate admissions such as processing applications coordinating interviews liaising with faculties and units and performing any other duties assigned by the supervisor. The appointee may be required to work outside normal office hours and on weekends. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a test and an interview.
