About the role

Were looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support Reinsurance Operations focusing on process optimization and system integration. Key responsibilities include managing the SICS platform implementing ACORD eMessaging and collaborating with Finance Actuarial and IT teams. The role also involves defining data and reporting requirements improving MI and operational reporting and ensuring data quality across Middle Office and Claims functions.

Your responsibilities

Collaborate with business IT and data teams to address process and data needs; act as a link between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Support the Platform Lead with product development roadmap alignment and daily operations.
Streamline workflows across upstream and downstream applications to improve efficiency and user experience.
Design functional solutions that align system capabilities with business goals and compliance.
Gather and document requirements to enhance SICS including eMessaging for Technical Accounting Claims and Finance.
Coordinate UAT maintain test cases and validate solutions before release.
Drive continuous improvement through best practices and system enhancements.

Your profile

Minimum 3-5 years of Business Analyst within the reinsurance sector with focus on Technical Accounting Credit Control Retrocession Accounting and/or Claims Handling.
Deep insight into reinsurance principles contemporary industry trends and market developments
Advanced knowledge in Reinsurance Administration System SICS including Multi-GAAP ACORD messaging infrastructure and system configuration.
Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with a flexible data-driven approach to decision-making.
Strong interpersonal skills aptitude in fostering and nurturing stakeholder relationships in agile settings.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite with strong emphasis on Power BI and Excel.
Business fluent in English written and spoken; additional languages is a plus.
