Job: Senior Financial Specialist (Modelling and Strategy)
Location: Cebu Philippines

The Opportunity
Our esteemed client a growing company in the logistics and transportation sector is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive long-term financial planning and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the 5-year financial model in Excel ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Enhance model structure and usability using advanced Excel techniques and scenario analysis.
- Translate strategic direction into financial assumptions and forecasts.
- Develop strong understanding of operational and commercial drivers across the business.
- Partner with the CFO and senior leaders on scenario modelling for investments new services and market expansion.
- Deliver ad hoc financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
- Use BI tools (e.g. Power BI) where appropriate to communicate key outputs.
- Uphold companys values policies and a safe high-performance work environment.
Key Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field (Masters or CPA/CFA is a plus).
- 8 years of experience in financial modelling FP&A strategy or corporate finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex models scenarios sensitivity analysis).
- Strong understanding of financial planning forecasting and business drivers.
- Experience working closely with senior leadership / CFO on strategic analysis.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- High attention to detail ownership mindset and strong alignment with company values.
