Work a rotating schedule with every other weekend off.

Your impact
- Run multiple injection molding lines and associated packaging equipment
- Diagnose and resolve line issues quickly to minimize downtime
- Record production data accurately and on time
- Deliver on quality: perfect case audits accurate docket information ZR verification and thorough visual inspections
- Coach and train newer operators on equipment operation and paperwork
What youll need to succeed
- 3 years in manufacturing as an operator or maintenance tech; preferred: 1 year in injection molding
- Manual dexterity steady hand/eye coordination
- Strong communicator with attention to detail
- Analytical approach and basic troubleshooting ability
- Comfort using calculators to compute and document production metrics
- Working knowledge of measurement tools (e.g. level)
- Understanding of product quality standards
- Familiarity with principles of Thermoforming machines
