Compensation
- Competitive starting pay rate of $21.81 per hour paid weekly
- Increases: Eligible for annual and skill-based wage increases
- Bonuses: Eligible for a monthly bonus based on plant productivity

Available Shift
- A-Shift:
- 11:30 PM 8am
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate Extrusion machines safely and efficiently meeting production standards for waste quality and utilization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues by adjusting components and settings.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve production processes.
- Conduct quality checks and enter results.
- Run the production equipment in accordance with Standard Line Conditions.
- Use the production line performance reporting tools in an accurate and timely manner.
Qualifications
- One Year Manufacturing Experience
- Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
