Job Summary


If you have a passion for culinary excellence and leading a team to create exceptional dining experiences we want you to be part of our team! As a Lead Line Cook youll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen while maintaining high standards of food quality and guest satisfaction. You will work in a newly renovated and lively environment leading a team of chefs and kitchen staff. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising kitchen staff to ensure efficient and high-quality food preparation and service
  • Ensuring adherence to all food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Assisting in menu planning and daily specials while maintaining inventory and ordering supplies
  • Training and mentoring new staff ensuring they understand kitchen procedures and standards
  • Collaborating with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
  • Managing kitchen operations during peak hours to maintain timely and high-quality food output
  • Handling any kitchen issues that arise from equipment malfunctions to guest complaints with professionalism and poise
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas
  • Ensuring all food items are prepared stored and served according to safety guidelines and standards

Requirements


  • Must have a knowledge of applicable Federal state and local health safety and legal regulations.
  • Evening and holiday availability is required. Work hours will typically fall between 2pm and 12am however restaurant operations are from 6am to midnight daily so flexibility to help on busy mornings is favorable.
  • High school education required. Relevant training and experience required.
  • Ability to obtain required licenses and certificates.
  • CPR training and first aid training preferred.
  • Additional language ability preferred.
  • Previous Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Hotel experience preferred.
