Position Overview

HUB International Northeast is seeking an experienced Account Executive to manage a complex High Net Worth personal lines portfolio within the Personal Lines practice. The Account Executive is responsible for overall client satisfaction retention and profitability of assigned accounts and serves as a primary client advisor and broker-consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of High Net Worth personal lines business including accounts of varying size and complexity ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Provide comprehensive insurance and risk management counsel acting as a technical resource and advocate for clients throughout the policy lifecycle.
• Conduct thorough reviews of coverage exposures limits and pricing; identify gaps and opportunities; and deliver clear timely recommendations to clients.
• Coordinate and oversee the delivery of all HUB services to assigned clients including renewals marketing stewardship activities and service deliverables.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with carrier representatives underwriters and other external partners to secure optimal terms coverage and pricing.
• Collaborate with Producers and internal stakeholders to drive organic growth through cross-selling upselling and development of new business from existing accounts and assigned leads.
• Ensure accuracy quality and regulatory compliance in all account documentation correspondence and transactional activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 57 years of High Net Worth Personal Lines experience with an established insurance brokerage or equivalent environment.
• Bachelors degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience will be considered.
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex accounts in a deadline-driven high-volume environment with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong written verbal and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with sophisticated clients and carrier partners.
• Proficiency with automated agency management systems; experience with EPIC strongly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of major High Net Worth personal lines carriers including Chubb AIG PURE ACE and Travelers.
• Ability to travel as business needs require for client carrier or internal meetings.
