This role will have direct ownership over large programs new product launches improvements to the end-to-end CX and establishing SOPs and best practices to help scale the business. This leader will have a high degree of visibility across the organization and work across a broad group of stakeholders from product marketing CS accounting legal (and more!) to deliver results for our customers.
Key job responsibilities
Drive continuous improvement across the end-to-end customer journey.
Build new mechanisms to support new product launches and cross-team initiatives as well as audit mechanisms to support post-launch
Communicate regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership with an eye to looking around corners to maintain project timelines
Identify operational gaps build new processes with stakeholders and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Leverage learning to influence the product roadmap
- 2 years of program or project management experience
- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Experience in MS Access and SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
