Job Summary
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
1. Manage programs and successful launch the programs with KIP target (Cost Quality Time) from quote phase to OTS PPAP and SOP 3month.
2. Develops project plans (project scope timelines design cost resources risk quality c) and lead to deploy overall project timing with the team.
3. Identify analysis resolve and/or escalate risks in a timely manner
4. Submit AR (Appropriation Request) with the solid financial data; manage and control the budget from the approved AR
5. organize all activities of program management and act as the key Interface with OEMs with the concise communication skill
6. Travel will be required to ensure key deliverables/launches at the plant.
Requirements/Qualifications:
1. Engineering degree or equivalent.
2. Fluent in English (Speaking Writing) good excel and PPT skill
3. more than 3 years of Project Management experience in automotive industry 5 years plus preferred. 4. Experience with working on multi projects up to 3-4 at any time. Willing to work under pressure
5. Act as the leader with Excellent communication skills and self-motivated
6. Attention to details logical well organized & disciplined
