In this role you will shape customer success drive revenue growth and strengthen Valmets market position. Your location can be any of our major locations in Sweden.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead and grow product sales for paper process parts across Scandinavia.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive support and relationship management.

Expectations for you

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in related field
  • Proven experience in B2B sales within industrial or process industries
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel within Scandinavia and a drivers license
  • Fluent in English and in Swedish
  • Solid understanding of paper process technologies and customer needs
