Role Summary:We are looking for aSenior Test Engineerwith strong experience inmanual and automation testing along with hands-on exposure toNon-Functional Testing (NFR)includingload/performanceandsecurity testing. The role focuses on ensuring application quality through effective test design execution and automation.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Performmanual testingincluding functional integration system and regression testing.
- Design develop and maintainautomation test scriptsusingPlaywright/Selenium.
- Prepare and executetest plans test cases and test scenariosbased on requirements.
- ConductNFR testingincludingload/performance testingandsecurity testing.
- Identify log track and validate defects using defect management tools.
- Collaborate with developers product owners and business teams to ensure complete test coverage.
- Support automation and NFR best practices across the QA team.
Technical Skills(Mandatory):
- 36 years of experience insoftware testing / QA.
- Strong expertise inmanual testingof web and/or enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience withautomation testing toolsPlaywright/Selenium Playwright is primary Java scripts or typescript (Selenium is optional)
- Practical experience inload/performance testingandsecurity testing. Good to have
- Knowledge of SDLC/STLC and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with test and defect management tools (JIRA TestRail ALM etc.).
- Strong analytical communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills(Optional):
- PMP / PRINCE2 / AgileExperience with performance tools such asJMeter or LoadRunner.
- Familiarity with security testing tools likeOWASP ZAP or Burp Suite.
- Exposure to CI/CD integration for automated test execution.
- Domain experience in Banking Insurance or Finance.
Qualifications:
B-Tech in Computer Science or related field from a reputed institution.
