As Product Owner Human Machine Interface within System Operations you lead the team responsible for developing the platform that provides GAAS users with clear targeted information and actions to ensure grid safety. Were building the energy grid of tomorrow for everyone with everyone. And as Product Owner youre part of that mission. Youll be working on:

• Defining and communicating the product vision goals and roadmap for the HMI platform.
• Translating user input (e.g. from Operators) into concrete backlog items.
• Coordinating with other teams across Alliander to access the necessary data.
• Prioritizing and managing the product backlog based on user value and data availability.
• Steering the team in developing dashboards status updates notifications and map visualizations.

Thats only possible if you have enough energyand the right environment gives you that. Within System Operations youll work alongside ambitious and internationally oriented colleagues to develop an autonomous safe and resilient energy the GAAS team youll collaborate with developers data scientists scrum masters and architects to build a platform that autonomously manages the grid. Youll lead the HMI team that ensures the right information is delivered at the right timevisually clearly and actionably.

You know how to turn user needs into smart visual solutions. You do that with your own strength and talent. And you do that with us. Will you contribute with your product ownership and eye for UX And complement that with:

• A minimum of HBO/WO level of education and 35 years of relevant experience.
• Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role including certification.
• Knowledge of or affinity with energy systems HMI UX/UI or front-end development.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing stakeholders within an Agile Release Train.
• Proven ability to define a product vision and roadmap within a SAFe Framework.
• Fluency in English given the international nature of the organization.

Based on a 40-hour workweek youll receive:

• A gross monthly salary ranging from 5.310- to 7.585- (scale 10).
• An annual Individual Choice Budget (IKB) of 18% (full-time) or 12.8% (part-time) of your gross annual salary. This includes 8% holiday allowance. You can choose to have this amount paid out or use it to purchase additional leave days. You decide what suits you best.
• 24.5 vacation days per year which you can easily supplement using your IKB.
• A year-end bonus in December of 6% of your annual salary.
• An annual Sustainable Employability (DI) budget of 700. Use it for example to cover costs for sports or hobbies make your home more sustainable and green or reduce your student loan with DUO. You decide where your budget goes.
