The Job

• Collaborate with technical teams to design implement and deploy solutions in customer environments.
• Provide input into architecture and design decisions.
• Contribute to technical project milestones priorities and timelines including design development configuration ATP and monitoring.
• Conduct system installations configurations and deployment testing to ensure customer acceptance.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of all ALN software to support technical support tickets and various customer architectures and project engagements.
• Document lessons learned into the knowledge base and contribute to knowledge sharing sessions.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and product management teams to provide feedback on product improvements.
• Manage tight deadlines work efficiently tomanage your time and adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
• Support customer or partner maintenance windows as applicable to active projects.
• Frequent communication with various departments including Engineering Sales Manufacturing Product Management and Support.

What skills you bring:

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to convey technical details in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with Linux systems for configuration and troubleshooting (Ubuntu/ Red Hat).
• Strong understanding of networking concepts including IP TCP/IP and protocols like RADIUS DNS Diameter and DHCP.
• Hands-On programming or scripting languages (Python Bash or similar).
• Hands on with virtualization technologies (KVM VMWare).
• Familiarity with Docker containers including troubleshooting.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
• Experience with project delivery.
• The drive to learn and improve.

Additional Knowledge and Skills

• Knowledge in cloud and IAAS providers (Kubernetes AWS GCP etc).
• Familiarity with modern web technologies (HTML5 REST APIs etc.).
• Certifications like CCNA AWS Associate or Red Hat Linux.
• Exposure to Dell hardware and network hardware similar to Cisco or Juniper.
• Knowledge of telecom protocols and wireless technologies (WiFi 4G 5G).
• Knowledge of 3gpp based solutions including but not limited to Gx Gy Gz Sd and Sy interfaces.
• Familiarity with network traffic monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with relational databases including Vertica.
• ALN product knowledge.
